Process
- Book a session
- Meet and mutually evaluate areas of potential change or needed support
- Access other resources if needed
- Homework or tasks assigned between sessions
- Meet again and mutually assess what is better, what is not and how best to address
Sessions are 1 hour in length and may be in person (if vaccinated), face time, Google, or phone.
Length of counselling is determined better after meeting, but the goal always to resolve issues expediently and with compassionate guidance. Sometimes 1 session is adequate, other times up to 6 sessions with potentially meeting down the road to reassess change.
